• Company License
• Company legal representative: ID card/passport copy, telephone number and email address
• Chinese contact person in the company: ID card copy, telephone number and email address
• Company telephone number

• Passport first-page scan copy
• Education certification notarize with China embassy attestation
• No Criminal record issued by nationality country and notarize with China embassy attestation
• Work reference letter (At least 2 Years)
• Labor contract (include working position and monthly salary)
• Résumé
• Medical report
• One 2 x 2 inch ID photo with white background
• Marriage status
